Terms of Service

We provide chauffeured car rental services in Central Vietnam, from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai. Our routes cover Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Ba Na Hills, Son Tra, Cu Lao Cham, My Son and other nearby attractions.

We offer 4-seat Sedans and 7-seat SUVs. All vehicles are regularly maintained and fully insured. A vehicle can only be booked when it is available.

Fares are calculated in two ways:

• Fixed route pricing: Applied to popular routes (e.g. airport ↔ Hoi An). Prices are predefined and cover the entire trip.
• Formula-based pricing: For distances ≤ 5km, only the base price applies. For distances > 5km, an additional per-km surcharge is added.
• Night surcharge: +20% applies from 22:00 to 05:00.
• Round trip: Price is doubled compared to one-way.

Prices shown on the website are estimates. The final price may vary depending on actual conditions (traffic, route changes, waiting time, etc.).

To book, you need to provide: full name, phone number or email, pickup/drop-off addresses, pickup time, and preferred vehicle type.

After booking, our team will contact you to confirm via your chosen method (Zalo, Call, SMS, Email, LINE, Telegram, or KakaoTalk) as soon as possible.

Each vehicle has a ±3 hour protection window around the pickup time. If the vehicle is already booked during this window, the system will notify you and ask you to choose a different vehicle or time.

• Cancellation 24+ hours before: Free, full refund if prepaid.
• Cancellation within 12-24 hours: 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 12 hours or no-show: No refund.
• Force majeure cases (natural disasters, accidents) will be considered for free cancellation.

• Provide accurate contact information for booking confirmation.
• Be on time at the pickup location. The driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes.
• No smoking or use of prohibited substances in the vehicle.
• Compensate for any damage caused to vehicle property.
• Inform in advance if traveling with children so appropriate seats can be prepared.

• Provide a clean vehicle matching the booked type, with full insurance.
• Drivers are courteous, know the roads well, and hold valid licenses.
• Pick up on time at the agreed address.
• Assist with tour ticket purchases and local specialty shopping upon request.
• Protect customer personal information.

We are committed to protecting your personal information (name, phone, email, route). Information is used solely for trip service and confirmation. We do not share information with third parties unless required by law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
